Different visibility between Role Search and Role Maintenance 10.1

Hello together,

we have a problem between the visibility of roles in NWBC link "Role Search" and "Role Maintenance".

(BRM Role Management GRC Access Control 10.1 SP09)

We will see every role (SIN, COM and BUS) under point Role Management "Role Search". We can also build new roles here.

Now the problem:

If we are going to Role Management "Role Maintenance", there we don´t see these role. No roles visible, only the "old" ones.

Is there an possibility to "syncronize" the point "Role Search" and "Role Maintenance"?

Dear René,

seems to be a strange issue. Can you check if the view is refreshed properly (check on the bottom right when last refresh was done). Also check if you have any filter or queries active that filter your view.

It is not possible to sync the two views as both views use the same data repository.

thanks for your quick answer.

We refreshed properly, the time is ok.

Also all filters and queries are off.

The question is, under "Role Search" we´ll see 11356 roles.

Under "Role Maintenance" we´ll see only 10550 roles.

Do you know the name of the table of the data repository?

it's table GRACROLE. Numbers must be equal.

what you can try is to run the full repository sync job (GRAC_REPOSITORY_ROLE_SYNC) and check again.

Hi,

the entries is these table are the same like in the "Role Search" number of entries (11356=11356).

I think, we have an "Display error" in the view "Role Maintenance, or this cannot read from GRACROLE.

I will start an full Repository sync now.

Yes, now it works.

We change the Query "Role", in "Result Rows".

Anybody has set this value to 10550 ... now its empty and everything is fine.

Hi Rene,

could you the auth. object: GRAC_ROLED required for the link 'Role Maintenance'. Also check all the Configuration settings(parameter values for  Role Management
