How to stop Partial Confirmation from SNC.

Hi,

Our Business wants to Stop the  partial confirmation against a PO. The PO_ITEMUNDERDELIVERY and PO_ITMUNDERDELIVERY_WITHOUTZERO is inactive but still the system allowing to do the Partial Confirmation.

Could any one suggest which Validation profile need to de active so that we can achieve the functionality .

There is a customizing for Purchase Order confirmation under SNC menu tree.

SAP Help: Purchase Order Collaboration - SAP Library

You can see the required customizing area's below to adjust the approvals for Customer and Supplier:

Kindly use Change & Approval Profiles for PO:

Thank you for the reply and I have the same config active but My supplier can perform Partial Confirmation from SNC , We want to stop the partial confirmation from SNC

Vali.prof=POC3

Validation check=PO_ITMUNDERDELIVERY

Check status=Active

Msgtype=W

Save Mode=Save message as Valid

Continuation Mode=Continue checks

Vali.prof=POC5

Validation check=PO_ITMUNDERDELIVERY

Check status=Active

Msgtype=W

Save Mode=Save message as Valid

Continuation Mode=Continue checks

Vali.prof=POC3
