How to transfer value from one value field to other value field in COPA ?

Dear All

I have a scenario as below :

1. Company X sales goods to distributors(outside sap system).

2. Sales volume at company X is not reflect real market consumption and they have to get sales volume at distributors everyday.

3. I create a value field Consumption and one layout (KEPM) which allow them upload from Excel to COPA.

4. I run forecast for Consumption, then I adjust consumption value for more accurate.

5. Now I want to transfer value at Consumption value field to Sale quantity(ABSMG) value field.

How can i transfer from Consumption value field to Sale quantity value field ?

Best Regards,

Hi,

Solution for your query is Top down distribution/ Bottom up distribution.

It will allow the transfers from one to other value fields.

Please refer the following links:

Hi Pavan,

Thanks for you reply

Your links explain about KE28, for actual data. I'm concerning about KEPM for planning. The consumption at distributor is outside of SAP so we can not input into SAP as Actual Data. I intend to input as Plan Data then i use that data for forecast in next year.

Hi,

You can use T-code: KE1G which has the similiar function with KE28, but it is for plan data.

Best regards,
Miya
