Open Item managed report for GL

Hi,

I have a requirment to create a Open Item Managment Report in FI-GL. I am creating a report on DSO 0FIGL_O2. The requirment is if Open Item field is X and Document status is O then it should be in report.

I have created RKF but my issue is I can see some doucments based on GL are not having X in Open Item field and those documents are missed, however user is checking the data in ECC in t-code FSS0. There I can see its open item managed how ever the count of open item is not matching.

Please help me with if there is any way where i can check if GL account is Open Item managed (X) then it should not check at document level.

Hi Arvind ,

Check on the extractor checker rsa3 for the open items in r/3 whether it is getting extracted for those gl account which you are looking for and if the gl doc are there in extractor than manually replicate that DS in BI may be your problem will be solved .
