After the customer login in the udt tools, it s impossible to start the udp tools.
The UDT is working fine if I logged off the customer and used another session.
I tried to make SAP NOTE 1250890 it changes nothing
1250890 - Error: 'Internal error: "Open Session: Unexpected error" ' when logging in Universe Designer
Did you ever see the type of problem ?

Do you mean you get error while trying to log on to UDT installed on a citrix environment?
