SAP Sourcing cannot display this page.

Dear community,

we have been experiencing an issue described by note 2004030 on redirect from our portal page.

The users have a Portal role which contains the link to Souricng https://[host]:[port]/sourcing/fsbuyer/portal/login. However when they follow the link they get a page with the following text:

SAP Sourcing cannot display this page.

Click the browser back button to the previous page.

Strange enough, if the users don't close this error, but simply highlight the URL and hit enter, the Sourcing home loads properly.

Could you please advise on this behaviour? And the redirects that Sourcing is doing to cause this issue? We checked note 2004030 and nothing seems to help.

We were able to identify the issue. The property system.security.csrf.trusted_referrer_domains can be set in different contexts. When logged in as the system user, setting this property didnt influence the bahaviour for normal users- they were getting the error page. When we have logged in as System Admin user to the fsbuyer, the we could maintain the property in the company context.
