Hi Karthik,

Please make sure RFC Connection to the SAP backend SAPOSS, which points to the client 001, is working.

Refer - 2025505 - Status unknown for Step 3: Content Update Activation in SAP Service Content Update

Even I have never made changes to the Time Window and it remains with no values until it is specified by some SAP doco.

Hi Divyanshu,

We have a SAP Note: 2125970 - Correction available with SAP Service Content Update.

  • Enter transaction AGS_UPDATE.
  • Choose "Tools and Settings".
  • Check the check box in the "Program Response" section:
For an automatic download of the SAP Service Content Update, you must activate at least the check box "Automatically check for updates when program is started".

Waiting to proceed above steps.

Karthik.

hi KArthik,

Check if your SAP-OSS connection is good as the AGS_UPDATE check the connection and download the packages from SMP. and then you can see the version data once update.
