How to turn on Rolling Moving Average in IBP 4.0.1.4

Within the release notes for IBP Patch 4 the following informatoin can be found:

"The parameter MOVING_AVG_MODE can now be selected on the Manage Statistical Forecast Method Parameters screen of the Configuration UI. If the value is anything other than 0 or if no value is maintained, the system perform the standard moving average forecast. If the value is 1, the system generates a rolling moving average forecast value for each future forecast period based on the forecasted value for the previous periods."

I have reviewed the "Manage Statistical Forecast Method Parameters" screen within the UI but cannot identify where to enter the parameter and value as specified above.  Has anyone turned on the rolling moving average forecast within IBP 4.0.1.4?  If so, where is the new parameter maintained?

This parameter is maintained in Global Configuration Parameters. See Model Configuration Guide  http://help.sap.com/download/ibp/ibp40_model_ref_en.pdf

I was able to successfully test after setting the global parameter.  Thanks for your help.
