Interactive Adobe Issue

Hi All,

I have developed an Adobe interactive form accessed through WD ABAP. The form works fine in development box but I'm facing few issues in quality system.

1. I have a hyperlink in the form. In development system the hyperlink opens in a new window, but in quality it opens the page in same window.

2. There is a 'mailto' tag which opens email address in outlook correctly. But in quality it opens up outlook but freezes internet explore and have to kill the session.

3. When loading the form 1st time, the performance is not good. It almost takes close to 1 min. (I do not have any drop down list. 3 radio buttons and one submit button)

Request your guidance in identifying the issue.

Hello Omkar,

Concerning issue 3 did you check the checkbox for caching the form on the server?

Sorry the language is in Dutch.

Reach out to your Basis/Portal Team for assistance. Looks like ADS tuning issue in QAS. Go through following SAP Notes.
