Hi,

Currently planning to set up TRA visibility scenarios and facing the issue that whenever we are inputting values of shipment type in EM web UI , the error message is -No suitable values found although if we are searching in EM web UI without shipment type, the output is obtained.

Currently this field is used as a system parameter and also the screenshot displays the selection profile for this field.

secondly in EM web UI we are using event code as a search criteria but currently unable to add any new event code in the EM web UI.

You have to check same discussion what we discuss in last.  This looks like similar issue you are facing.

Is that the same reason why Z event codes configured in system is also not appearing in the EM web UI

One more question since we are maintaining dropdown values in config  for system parameters for the shipment type, do we maintain the EH extension table as well under event handler type under this scenario.

The EM web UI issue is resolved but not able to find out the reason why no Z events are appearing as a search criteria for event codes.

Hi Dipak,

The first time the EH might not be generated properly that's why it didn't populate Z event codes.
