UAR Reject role issue

UAR Reject / Remove role issue:

The following activities are done but the role still exists for the user. Please suggest on how the role can be removed for the user.

1) Ran UAR Generate data job  and the new work item notification is sent to UAR reviewer(Role owner)

2) UAR Reviewer selects the role and rejects it as the role will be removed for all the users under it.

The GRC admin(also UAR Coordinator here) receives notification and so goes to manage rejections and selects the new request rejected with reason as "role no more required" and clicks      Generate access request

4) Than, the UAR reject request bg job is run which further raises a UAR request which is where we started. Could you suggest in case I am missing something here that needs to be followed/ensured.

Also in case of Remove role, do we perform all 4 steps as in the above. Please update on the same.

Hello,

seems that you perform the wrong activity. Please try "Remove role" instead of "Reject". Rejections are managed by the admin and rejected roles/users can be re-sent for UAR (with the background jobs). Therefore please perform "Remove role" and the role will be removed.
