Hi
Below formatted search is working well in 8.81
“SELECT Indicator =
CASE substring(NNM1.seriesname,1,3)
WHEN 'HUB' then 'Hub'
ELSE ' '
END
FROM NNM1
WHERE NNM1.series = $[ORDR.SERIES]”
In 9.91, I've got an error : "Incorrect syntax near ""."
What am I doing wrong ?
Thanks
Try this
SELECT
CASE substring(NNM1.seriesname,1,3)
WHEN 'HUB' then 'Hub'
ELSE ' '
END Indicator
FROM NNM1
WHERE NNM1.series = $[ORDR.SERIES.0]

If I replace $[ORDR.SERIES] with a hard coded value, then it works, so what is the correct syntax in 9.1 ?
Thanks
