GRC 10.1 Workflow for Access Control

Hi all,

We are in GRC 10.1 SP07.

A couple of days ago, our workflow for access control was working fine until we decided to change the initiator rule (BRF+) to make it a transportable one.

Now, the workflow in stuck at a task - ID TS76308026.

Has it ever happened to you?

I'm new to this, so sometimes is challenging to understand what the problem really is.

Hi Denise,

did you active the workflow after you had changed the initiator rule? It seems that configuration is not correct. Therefore please activate the workflow again and check if a new version ID gets generated.

Hi Alessandro,

We did generate the workflow and we didn't get any errors.

In that step, when it is supposed to identify the manager, the WF does just that. The problem is that it doesn't continue the process.

Hi Denise,

could you give more details, like path/stage of the request, and check the Task Modification settings of each stage.

could you also check message log(GRFNMW_DBGMONITOR_WD), for this request.
