RFC workflow tasklist in HOMEPAGE

RFC does not drop off the Workflow tasks list on the home page even though it is in Closed status.

This is happening for the one RFC only. when change manager approves the RFC , it should drop from the workflow tasklist in the home  page

Ex: 5*784, This RFC was approved by the change manager and it was closed , But it still shows in the WOrkflow tasklist as to be approved
