not linked to an active project cycle in Solution Manager ChaRM

Hi, All

I have inquiry regarding ChaRM project cycle.

In solution Manager Charm,

Before making a transport request, I got an error message like not linked to an active project cycle below capture file.

However, I have already activated project in solar_project_admin and also activated change cycle.

I don't know why this error message is generated in ChaRM Web UI.

and which one should I check to solve the problem.

Fyi, I attached detailed error message which was generated in pop-up.

Please give me a tip.

Hello Eunhwa,

Please check the authorization for the user, Try assigning SAP_ALL.

Have you done consistency check on project..check if any inconsistencies are existing..

Check IBASE is maintained for Production system.

Let us know these inputs.

I checked everything.

Firstly, I check the authorization for the user. The user was solman_admin user, and already SAP_ALL authorization was assigned.

Secondly, I chekced consistency check on project. However, there was no error.

Finally, I checked that ibase is maintained for projection system.

already production system was maintainted in ibase.

Although I checked it, I couldn't solve the problem.

Please help me.
