How to change PO status in SUS portal from New to "Confirm"

Hi Gurus,

PO had been confirmed by Supplier from SUS portal however PO Status had not been Changed from “NEW” to “Confirmed”.

Why Status didn’t changed to “Confirmed” even after Supplier had confirmed the PO from Portal. Please help how to change action from new to confirm. It is happening for this PO only remaining PO are confirmed successfully.

How to change the status from New to Confirm for this particular PO?

Hi,

there is a function module BBP_PD_SUSPO_STATUS_CHANGE.

With this you can try and update the Status of the PO.

However, this might lead to inconsistencies depending on why the PO status wasn't updated before.

Did you check if the confirmation was created correctly?

Did you check if the item status of all PO items have been updated?

The cleanest way of getting the correct status would probably be to create a change PO --> Do some insignificant changes on the ECC PO. Then the PO will be replicated to SUS and the vendor has to do the confirmation again... This way you'll stay in standard.
