Dear All,
In our landscape we have configured mobile for both ios and android. It was working fine in both devices. But from last few days only android users are facing session time out issue frequently, iOS users are using the BO app without any issues. Please find attached the screen shot for reference and please suggest.
System Details :
BOBI 4.1 SP3
Android 6.1.7

Please advise on the below:
1) Android O/S Version:
2) Application Server Type and version:
3) Please refer to SAP KBA 1848645. What is the session-timeout value mentioned in web.xml
file here with respect to the affected environment ?
4) With reference to the below statement under the 'Note' section in the above mentioned KBA:

The timeout duration begins when either the device is locked, or the app goes in the background (user switches to other apps on device).
--------
Assuming that session timeout message pops up when the user switches over to another app in the device and then return to the SAP BI App, what is the timeout duration consumed here before the message is displayed ? It would be great if you could perform this test yourself on an Android device.
