Blocking DMS with status rejected in material master.

Hi experts,

             I want to block or should through error message while attaching document Info record with master datas. At present it is allowing to attach file with warning.Please guide me in this case.

Actually i to control documents attaching to material master , bom etc with status,

Is this posible.Ex: i want to restrict attaching documents with status rejected from attching to material master.

How is the master data rejected in above case. Are you assinging a specific status?

Also can you give details of the warning message being thrown by system please?

Hi Sadhu,

           At present it is not Rejecting while attaching to master data when document status is (rejected or locked). It is giving warning while it is linked to objects like production order.
