Hello Experts,
while processing QM notification, I want to revoke a task from TSCO to TSRL. If the task is marked as completed what is the way to revoke completion and bring it back to Release TSRL status.
thx

Hello Cristina,
I doubt about the possibility of TSRL from TSCO. Instead what we do is delete the task (by selecting the line and clicking on the Delete icon at the bottom) and add the task again. Pre-requisite: Notification should not be in NOCO status. If it is so, put it In process again.
Good luck

Hi,
I agree with KJogeswaraRao. You can setup your own status profile but TSCO is standard status and cannot be revoked.
As suggested by KJogeswaraRao, you can delete task and recreate new one.
An alternative solution is to keep old task with TSCO and add a user status profile to document that this task has been revoked and add a new task.

Ayoub.
