Process order DLV Status disappears

Respected People,

I have a list of process orders , for those orders , the user has cancel the confirmation & DLV status disappear but the DLV qty remains there.

Now user has facing the problem in extracting the report in COOISPI the orders which are finished , because the DLV status disappear from the process order.

Please support to get back the DLV status to the process orders.

Note : The posted stock of those orders has already moved from that plant to another plant.

Did you check if there is any error for the cancellation goods movements on transactionc COGI or CO1P?

Hi Imran

CHeck for these process orders do you have delivery complete indicator on GR tab in process order itself? If not then put the same for one of process order and check Status as delivered quantity has not cancelled.

Thanks for your reply.

The indicator on GR is set already & the DLV qty is also same as the Target Qty , the only problem in DLV status which is not updated.
