Authorization error while creating objects in pi

i'm getting authorization error  while creating objects in pi. Please guide me to resolve this issue.

Hi Chaitanya,

Try changing your usage profile by going to ESR -> filter button -> change usage profile. Choose Unrestricted (if it is visible to you).

Hi Chaitanya,

Can you please ask you basis/security team to add the following two roles to your user id.

SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR_J2EE

SAP_XI_CONTENT_ORGANIZER

we already given these authorizations to the user but we are getting this error. kindly can you provide any other solution.
