Shipment cost allocation at delivery item level

Hello All,

we have requirement to split the shipment cost per delivery line item. Any ideas how to achieve it.

Currently we have transportation cost maintained from point to point. (lets say 200 €).

we maintained shipmetn cost condition type calucaltion base as - A delivery.

so if i add 3 deliveries in the shipment, the shipment cost document is calculating cost for each delivery and making total cost as 600€.

what we are expecting is total cost as 200 €

and splt it among deliveries by quantity.

any ideas or suggestions to achieve this.

Hello All,

Couldnt find any solution for this.

So we went for alternative approach

• Calculation base changed to Shipment cost item (so that cost calcualted at shipment cost item level, so we are getting overall and correct cost)
• Cost split per delivery is visible in the Account assignment tab

Can you please tell us what is the settings you done in t code - T_60

a)  Condition Class

b)  Calculation type

c)  Calculation base

You need to make the cost calculation according to the weight of the materials not the quantities of the materials.

current settings are

Cond. class   B Prices

Calculat.type B Fixed amount

Cond.category F Freight

if we set the calcualtion type as weight.. do i need to maintain by scales?

How about changing the Calculation type in the condition type to C (Quantity).

Hello Krishna,

Even if the condition type is C. the calculation will happen for each delivery. which would still result in double / triple the cost.
