Changing Receipients in Publication

Folks,

I already have a running Publication in Production env (BO 4.1 SP 3 env)

It already has a list in To field and some in Cc field.

Existing one has To :A,B,C and Cc : D,E

New one would be To : E and Cc : D

Now I changed the To as well as Cc list members.New set of values is not being picked up by the current publication.

Do I need to Unsubscribe first the publication and then scbriscibe it with changes so that the changed one would be reflected in prod.

Appreciate your inputs in changing the parameters.

Hi,

Go to the History of the report.  Right-click on the item with the status of "Recurring" and choose "Reschedule". Make your desired changes and be sure that "Replace existing schedule" is selected in the Replace section if you want to edit the schedule rather than creating a new one.

If the changes are still not reflected, this can be a caching problem; try to clear your web application
server cache and test the new behavior.

Amine.

A "subscription" allows users who were not specified as recipients of a

publication to receive publication instances when the publication runs. Users

can subscribe to a publication if they want to view the latest instance, or they

can unsubscribe from a publication they no longer want to receive.

Hi,

Unsubscribe/subscribe is not required to change the  mail id's in destination block.

edit the exsiting scheduling and in replace select the  existing scheduling and update the details. Then see values are changed or not in the recurring job.
