Crystal Report 2013 - Margin changed when upload to server

Dear Sir/ Madam,

When we are developing a report in SAP BusinessObjects Crystal Reports 2013 Support Pack 1 (version 14.1.1.1036), then exporting to Microsoft Word (97- 2003) (refer to ExportFromDesigner.jpg), the format looks fine.

But when I upload it to CMC (SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 5 - version 14.1.5.1501) (refer to ExportFromServer.jpg, the format is not good, it's different from the Designer tool. Please help us to give your advice.

Hi Anh,

Make sure that the printer being used on the local machine to design this report is same as the printer configured on the server.

Hi Abhilash,

I designed a report in my laptop, then I open CMC website from my laptop. I viewed the report from this website too, then export to Word from this website.

I wonder why I need to install printer in the server. Please advice.
