What is the values which showing in SNP planning book key figure "SNP Master plan " And how we can delete the old value for this key figure from planning book

Hi Shahin,

It seems that this key figure is populated with the macro help. Please check the macro for your planning book (T.Code - /SAPAPO/ADVM) and you will understand how the values are calculated. 

To delete you have to know the category of the order. To find the category double click on the value (or right click) and choose details. Then go in t.code /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER or /SAPAPO/RLCDEL to delete the orders for the desired period.

Hi Shahian,

It seems this is customized key figure. Follow as below:

• Go into planning area (/SAPAPO/MSDP_ADMIN), double click on the same, go to key figure tab and check if its custom KF.
• Then cross check in details the semantics assigned to it and any category or category group assigned. In customizing check the category (the definition for the same).
• Plus this is not the old value but the initial value which means the data in the past (this depends upon what kind of data is reflected in this which you will know from above steps).
• By definition it looks you are trying to capture GR in the same.
• If its not order based key figure but time series KF, check do you have any macro which is copying the same or loaded from cube to planning area (/SAPAPO/TSCUBE).

On the basis of above you need to check the source and then how to adjust the same to remove quantity in initial column.
