How to View a Document flow in SAP Event management

Hi Team,

I have done all the settings for document flow .But still I am not able to view document flow for my shipment in WEB UI.

Document flow button itself is not visible in WEB UI.

Could please help?

Hello Murali,

could you check table /SAPTRX/EH_HDR.

In field DF_EXIST should be an X. If not document flow was not created for this EH.

You should also check the log in SLG1 for object SAPTRX. If something went wrong in the DF activities you should see it here.
