ITSM triggered mail relay error.
I have recently going through the ITSM configuration. The configuration is like in a Service request if the transaction is executed or status changed in work flow of Checklist the business partner should get a automatic triggered mail. so the mails are being received for external domain, where as the mail in the same domain is being relayed. Can any on help me on this?
I have tried adding the domain in SCOT setting but there is no change.
we can see that the status of the mail is in gray color, where as it should be in green
