T Code VA01 and Batch selection – Stock overview for SD

     Good Morning All,

I'm very happy to be part of this group,

I have a question and hope you can help me,

when i enter a order in Transaction VA01 and enter the  material code a pop up windows with Batch selection – Stock overview for SD

appeared and from there i select the batch from which you want to sale, by double click on the batch number.

but now this window doesn't appear any more.

could you please help me with this issue?

First of all thank you for your reply

i insert below a part of my sop

“Sales material by description” enter between stars a part of the material description, language key for  the material description, and also sales organization and distribution channel (the same as you selected for the sales order). After the search criteria has been entered, press Enter or button .

A list with all materials that correspond to the search criteria will appear. Select the one you need by double click or by pressing enter.

After entering material code press Enter.

The following screen will appear.

1.1.1   Batch selection – Stock overview for SD

In this screen select the batch from which you want to sale, by double click on the batch number. Selecting the batch will take into account also the plant from which you want to sale, storage location and available stock.

the second screen does not appear to me any more

and i don t know why

do u mean that now ur not getting batches displayed in sales order level(va01) right ?
