Report for Time recording

Hi

How can I catch information from ITSM for period of time?

Message ID; Time spent; Processor

Is there any report for this or I can see this information only from corresponding message?

I have Interactive report activated but can't see 'Avialable Characteristics' for Time recording.

It's almost what I need but where 'Processor' column?

In report Effort in Service Desk Messages I can see only SUM of Time recording.

In one messge may be more than one processor in 'Time recording' page.

Another option would through Tcode:- CRM_DNO_MONITOR where by you can define your own layout with various values provided by SAP. The generated values can be exported too

I used this transaction in SM 7.0

But now I can't see nor my ZMIV messages in this transaction nor 'Time recording' in Layout.
