Hi
Does anybody know if there is a possibility to play a prompt for called party when it answers the call? I know that basically it is possible. For
example external agent are played prompt when they answer queue call with mobile.
Scenario is following:
a. agent makes outgoing call from SAP
b. called party answers the phone
c. SAP plays prompt for called party during which agent still hears
ringing tone
d. after prompt finishes then agent and called party are bridged together

No, there is no option to play automatic prompt to customer when connected.
This is most probably closest you can get:

There is also some 3rd party vendors who can do outbound IVR type of stuff - that might be something you want to study.
