Can anyone explain me whats Dynamic Cut Off Scenarios in GATP Scheduling
Has anyone come across some scenarios or this functionality

The Details are as described below:
Business Scenario:
To pull in existing order cut off time from 3pm to 11 am for the ship to party.
This enable dynamic cut off.
Problem statement:
In practice, there are different cut off time for each ship to parties.
But today we have ONLY ONE setting in SAP for order cutoffs per plant.
So, we need to manage other cutoffs manually outside SAP.
Usually they are set at the earliest possible time creating buffers in the system and causing RDD:CDD mis-matches
Sometimes the setting is at the latest possible time causing CDD & RDD misses & capacity issues
