Hi, I want to create connection in BusinessObjects Universe Designer using ServiceNow ODBC so reports can be created in Web Intelligence. I downloaded, installed and configured ServiceNow ODBC Driver as recommended, created System DSN and connection tests successfully in ODBC Administrator. I can also run SQL using iSQL. I can also create a connection using this DSN in MS Excel and fetch data. However I am not able to create a connection in Universe Designer. Error is 'DBD: [SN][ODBC ServiceNow driver] An error occurred; but no diagnostics are available' BusinessObjects Version is BO 4.1 Has anyone faced this issue?
