How to restrict backflush reversal

How to restrict backflush reversal for some storage location?

Hello,

Storage location authorization means that a user has to have authorization for authorization object M_MSEG_LGO in order to enter a goods movement in the storage location, using a particular movement type 262.

SPRO - Materials management -> Inventory Management & Physical inventory -> Authorization Management -> Authorization check at storage location.

Or also you can use BAdI WORKORDER_GOODSMVT.

Sorry, can you explain more detail?

I only restrict some user, not all

I have many slocs: 1,2,3,4,5

I want to restricts for some user as below:

a) can Backflush and revert at sloc 1,2

b) can not backflush at sloc 3,4,5

c) can not revert at sloc 3,4,5 (mean: this user can not revert someone's backflush document at sloc 3,4,5)

(a),(b) was set OK

(c) not Ok yet. how to set?

Hello,

Authorization object M_MSEG_LGO is checked storage location.

you must have the authorization for authorization object M_MSEG_LGO to be able to enter a goods movement with a certain movement type in the storage location.

Like 261 and 262 allowed for storage location 1,2

Object-M_MSEG_LGO

ACTVT-01,03

Movement Type-261,262

Storage Location 1 and 2.

I already set same you advice before, but this user still can revert someone's backflush document.

Did you activate storage loccation check ? SPRO - Materials management -> Inventory Management & Physical inventory -> Authorization Management -> Authorization check at storage location.

Hello,

Which transactions are you sing for 261 and 262?

Also check SU24.

Select Type of Application as 'Transaction', enter good movements  'Transaction Code'.

Change the mode to 'Change' mode.

Select the line of object M_MSEG_LGO.

Click the button 'Check Indicator'.

Then the status light should become green there.
