Suspend FireFighter Account Access

I have a person with FFID access that was requested and approved but the request was extended well beyond the desired limit for the days accessible.  Therefore I would like to disable this FFID access and force the user to re-request the account going forward for shorter periods of time.  Can anyone tell me where I might be able to do this within the NWBC GRC screen menu system.  Thanks.

Hi Roy,

In addition to Venu's reply, 4001 can also be configured to set the default FF validity period. For decentralized FF, SPRO->-->maintain plug-in configuration settings can be used

Hi,

NWBC > SETUP > Superuser Assignment > Firefighter IDs > Select FF ID > Expire the "Valid to" date > SAVE

If you have an active workflow for FF ID's, i believe you can select the validity date as per the internal control policy.
