How to apply a filter in a apraisal form?

Hi experts.

I have a doubt and i need a big help.

Here in my organization we have one evaluation structure based on skills (speaking in concepts here not SAP).

So, to construct our performance evaluation we configured on PHAP_CATALOG a form using the fix extension "ADD_REQUIREMENTS".

This extension uses the HRHAP00_ENHANCE_FIX1 (BADI) that works reading all the qualifications assigned to the follow objects: S, C and JF.

This extension doesn´t meet our needs becouse we need some extension that only reads C and JF qualifications assigned.

I am trying to scape from a customization so i would like to know if anyones identified the same needs  and could solve this by standard configuration.

Hi Julio Cesar,

You can use the iView to filter appraisal documents according to various criteria and to respectively create the filter settings for a document list. In the iView, you can filter according to the following criteria:

• Display results
• Status
• Templates
• Future years
• Past years
