I created a job for automatic scheduling of maintenance plans, but the problem whenever he turns it ordonnace the same plane so it duplicates the work orders, please can you help me ?

Only way to understand your issue is as:

You are getting multiple Orders, for the same job,before the previous one is completed.

If this is your issue, then

Have completion requirement tick in all the plans
