Can we create a BRF+ rule which will select automatic provisioning action as we select system/role in user access tab?
Dear Somik,
please provide some more information what you want to achieve. Provisioning action is based on the assignment you select. With parameter 2045 you can define the default provisioning action after adding roles from existing assignments (e.g. "Retain"). Newly added roles from the role search screen do get the action "Assign".
Let us know.

I am sorry for the small post.
I am trying to build a LEVERS workflow.
1.It change the validity of user and will lock it
2.It will remove all existing roles
My question as I select all the existing roles to user access tab can the default provisioning action be REMOVE?
Else I have to select action manually for every role line item
Please see the configuration guide. Parameter 2045 says "Default provisioning action after adding roles from existing assignments". This has nothing to do with request types, as hence is valid for all request types.
If you have to assign roles they come with "Assign" as per default. Parameter 2045 has no impact on them.

Alessandro
