J2I9 (qty problem)

Dear Experts,

I received four line item in MIGO ( with Single Inv.) each one have 10 qty and excise duties 120.

After part 2 posing when we download Annexure with report J2I9 than report shown excise duties ok ( in given case it is showing 120x4=480) but it is showing qty only first line items means only 10 which is wrong it should be display qty 40.

it is for all cases for input and capital goods please confirm how can i rectify the same..

Pl.check one case where in MIGO two line items with 100 both line but in j2i9 it is showing only 100 and duty show for both line items...

Check the J_1IEXCHDR, J_1IEXCDTL, J_1IPART1 and J_1IGRXREF tables and see if the line items are properly updated with proper status.

Yes it is updated with line item wise in J_1IEXCDTL, J_1IPART1 and J_1IGRXREF tables.

This is only problem in J2I9 report.

Header level for is also OK with table J_1IEXCHDR.

The only option left to you is Debugging. Take help of the Abaper and get the J2I9 report debugged and see why the line items are not picked up properly.
