Hello Team,
I have installed solution manager 7.1 with SP2.
I have configured solman_setup, managed system & ITSM configuration completely
Now I am able to create the tickets from 1) solution manager (crm_ui) 2) from the managed system.
But I am unable to search the incidents in CRM_UI, when I am searching the incidents I am getting the below error
500 SAP Internal server Error
Error: syntanx error in the program CL_AI_CRM_ACTION_UTILITY_=============CP (termination RABAX_STATE).
and i am getting ABAP dump for the same.

Please try assigning SAP_ALL to the user.
If not activate services under /default_host_sap/bc/bsp/ and try again.

The id with which you might be trying to search incident created before ITSM Implmentation and post configuration.
Go to Solman_setup check for system and basis configuration again, where you could find tick mark conveying updation of required roles for users.Please perform that activity and re-login to verify incident search.
check and let me know if that works.
