Completed by(ERLNAM) & Completed(ERLDAT) time is not updated in Quality Notification.

Hi Team,

We have done with the custom notification type which works fine. However in some cases user name and completed date (ERLDAT & ERLNAM in QMSM) is not update once we complete the task i.e.TOCO which normally should get update automatically.

Please suggest reason for the same.

Hello,

Please refer OSS note 1436830 - 'Planned start/finish', 'Completed On' is not transferred

and 1412545 - 'Planned start/finish', 'Completed On' fields are intialized

Thanks for quick reply. As of now we cant replicate the issue dev/quality system to check on this, so we cant check once we implement this note whether issue fix it or not.

Do you have any idea how to replicate this issue..? Please help with step. As tried a lot but cant replicate the issue with missing ERLDAT & ERLNAM field.

If we implement this above note, will this fix the issue in Prodcution ( as we have existing @50 notification which have missing ERLDAT & ERLNAM field..? I guess no ...

But I hope this issue will not occur in future once we implement this note.Please help to confirm.

Hello,

I have no idea about how to replicate such issue in quality or Dev system.

Just follow the same steps you used to do in production system.

Also check SAP enhancement QQMA0011 or QQMA0010 is active.
