Multiple Picking from 1 SU

Dear Expert,

I'm facing problem when design interface SAP WMS and ASRS. SU management is activated in storage type.

Our user has request to several TO can pick from one pallet (SU) and remain stock in pallet will return to another storage type as staging area for partial pallet qty.  In standard transaction, if 1 TO has been pick, the SU remain qty in block pick from another TO.

I 've been set partial picking = 3 in Warehouse control, in storage type  i set

over deliveries in movement type has activated.

I'm still confusing to deliver the user requirement

interface SAP WMS and ASRS. SU management.... you cannot do the picking for Multiple TO at the same time, as individual TO goes as a request to ASRS or else you have to look for 2 step picking scenario where you can club the requirement of multiple delivery to one TO and using ASRS you can perform the first step and in the second step you transfer the stock to respective delivery.
