alerts are not getting triggered
I have attached screenshot of my configuration
SuppressAerts value is True
I think that's why I not getting alerts. How can I change it to false?

If you want to change it to false using admin userid which will have access to change.
Please check with basis team on this giving the details from your end.

Remove that task and create a fresh one. While creating the new one you get to choose whether you want to suppress alerts or not.
