Hi,
we are VAR on solman 7.1 sp 13.
incidents are being sent to SAP automatically during partner working hours.
i have maintained the bp> control >Calling Hours are maintained.
i have activated ZMIN_STD_SEND_SAP_AUTO.
suggest what settings to check to resolve the issue.

Maintain calling hours on customers(business partner) too.
Activities
1. Choose a business partner.
2. Choose the Control tab.
3. Choose Calling Times in Business Hours.
4. Specify the weekly rule and days or hours.
5. Save.
Check if there is timezone difference between system and requester
If resolved let me know.
