Hi All,
We are sending mail notifications through custom mail template with schedule tasks.
Recipients are getting the mail from sender instead of company mail address.
For Example:
1) If owner adds collaborator mail is triggering in such a way that owner is sender
2) when we run any schedule task with run as user as "X" then mail notification is getting triggered from X mail ID.
The above two issues we are facing after upgrading our verion from 9.0.14 to 10.0.4
We set the system property and chekced but still facing the issue
messaging
messaging.mail_source_policy
SENDERS_COMPANY
Kindly help us in triggering the mails to recipients from company mail address.

Can you please clarify if you are mentioning to DB upgrade? Ideally it shouldn't be the case.

This is Technical upgrade.
In Version 9.0.14.00 in script level we maintained the sender mail Id from Session account. However the mail will get triggered from Company Mail ID which we set in Properties.
In Version 10.0.04.00 also we maintained the same. but in newer version the mail is triggering from session user ID instead of Company Mail ID which we used in system Property level.
Can you please let us know why/how it was changed with Techincal upgrade.

Hello Santhoshi,
To get mails from a particular mail id, you have to create an user and give mail in email address box. and then use that mail id to schedule job, so that mails will get sent from your official email which was mapped to that particular user.
you can check details of mail sender/receiver from tcode sost.
