Double PO quantity was created

Dear

I had a problem after SNP heuristics that PO quantity was double compare with requirement.(  stock transfer req).

I have checked Product master/Material master/infor.record,there is no setting for lot size .

Please see screenshot,ordres is 12,but PO item is 24.

maybe somewhere setting is incorrect.

The order is got transfer from ECC or order quantity might got changed in ECC.Please check

also my suggestion is to check, if this is the PO created in ECC or APO?

also in ECC , i see MRP type is ND... is ND is similar to X0 in your case?

Also no safe stock setting.

Hi Yuan,

Did you checked that there was no reduction in demand quantity itself? What if, demand at the time of run was 24 but reduced to 12 (later) thereby leaving 12 as an excess.
