Unable to open .udc file of Ancile uperform

Hi all,

We are trying to open a recorded file from Ancile Uperform. When double click on .udc file it should be open by Ancile Uperform but it is not opening. We are getting the attached error while trying to open. Does any body received the error? Please help. Below is the server and client details.

Server: ANCILE UPerform server is installed on Windows Server 2008 R2 of Ancile UPerform5.2 with SQL Server 2012 database.

Client tool is installed on Windows 7

Hi madhava reddy,

Try do this:

1. Open this course from client Ancile Uperform software
2. Resave this course
3. Resave in another file format, for example: .ulc

Can't you open only this course or you can't open other too?

1. Open this course from client Ancile Uperform software --> We can't open this or any other courses on client tool. When trying to open the course we are getting the error which i attached earlier.

You have not changed the name of the disk where are the courses?

Can you copy this courses and open on another computer where also install client tools?
