Access request- complete user details are not showing up

Hi Gurus

when i click on Access request from the access management menu  i could not find all the details that are fetched from the back end hr system and mapped on to the UI.

I did maintain the field mapping for fields 'FUNCTION ' and 'BUILDING' in table GRACFLDMAP. But still those fields dont show any data

In class 'CL_GRAC_AD_ACCESS_MGMT_RFC

Method: IF_GRAC_AD_ACCESS_MGMT~GET_USER_DETAIL

Line no: 790 The local structure " ls_user_details" holds the data and same has been passed to the  "es_user_details"

at run time i could see the data  being populated in debugger but to my surprise it is not showing up in the view.

note: Table "GRACFLDMAP" settings have also been done.

Please look in to screen shots.

Hello,

Refer the below SAP KBA for User data source is HR system

1909065 - User detail info is missing for some users when using HR system as user data source

1805022 - Some User defined fields on the HR System do not get populated onto the Access Request

Data is being fetched into target system from the back end system and it is readily available @ runtime but still even after data mapping user detail info is missing
