Need help on MSS POWL

Hi All,

I have a requirement  in MSS-->Time reminder and Approvals-->Working time approval.

In this standard POWL, you can select either all employees or ur direct subordinates. Now the requirement is to get the Org hierarchy from ur current org unit to lowest level and select the employee from navigation. Can this be done and if yes how ?
