Packing materials Should affect in inventory Account while doing PGI

HI,

                Packing has done at the time of delivery. When  doing  PGI the packing material "stock is not reducing". When I checking the Handling Unit " status " tab it is showing the field " HU storage location " is showing "Handling unit without inventory management".That field is non editable . But i also Required the inventory for the packing material should affect.So, please guide me that any required config has want to do?

It's possible. To do that you have to :

1. Make sure that delivery item is generated for packing material.
please read note  831204 for more information.

2. When you have a delivery item for packing material, everything is then controlable.
You just need to customize movement type for the packing item category.

Then when pgi, the packing material will be posted as well.
