Process Appointments Tab in DAS not displaying the appointments

Hi

I am working with SAP Dock Appointment Scheduling. After creating an appointment in the Create Appointment Tab in the NWBC, the created appointment is not reflected in the Process Appointments Tab.

Need Help for the Issue.

Hi,

this can have very many reasons. The most likely is that you have some filters or selection criteria defined in your query of "process appointments" that do not match with your appointment.

Other reasons could be missing authorizations (but this would be less likely..)

So maybe define a new query and or check the selection criteria of your query.

Thanks for your response, but I have checked the filters and the selection criteria in the query multiple times. And I have even checked all authorizations relevant for "Process Appointments".

Could you please suggest me some other ways to solve the issue.

Hi Anirudh,

Do you see any appointments or none at all (so even none from yesterday,...)

Did you click on refresh ?

Did you ensure that you did not mix up docking location and loading point? (e.g. entered dockign location in the appointment and searched for loading point?

(sorry to ask but this are often reasons for why nothing is shown...)

If you do not suceed then I propose that you open a ticket on component SCM-EWM-DAS
